that is a Samsung Ace.  First can you get voice working?  That would indicate and confirm if data will work.

Yours is a 3G only phone, if voice works, data could work.  If not, then data won't work either

Honest, I think Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830L has the proper 3G bands needed for PM but yours is 5830D , it might not have the proper 3G bands
