what plan did you used to have? and did you build up a lot of rewards? As said if it is over 90 days you have no choice, but if under 90 days you can weigh your options between reward plans and new activation promos, etc. Most likely the old rewards program will win out though

@Seabay789   What previous phone plan you had?

You have an active line with PM?

If your previous plan is still available now and you have an activate account now, you can login to My Account and request plan change:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/

If you meant you left PM already, then depends how long you left, if your account still suspended within 90 days, you can make a manual payment and restart the service.

If your account is closed already, then you will need to get a new SIM card and reactivate a new plan

If your Plan was suspended for 90+ days, your account is deleted.

You cannot reactivate it.

You will have to buy new SIM, activate, etc. basically you are starting from the scratch.

BUT if you are suspended less than 90 days you just have to pay bill in full and continue PM service.

How long you were suspended?

@Seabay789

If it expired less than 90 days, just login to account and make your monthly payment.

If it is longer than 90 days, your account will be closed and your number will be lost.
