Only way to talk to agents is through personal mail.
Open a ticket or send them primate message.
If you forgot your PIN agent can create a new one for you so you Have to get in touch with them.

There is no "speaking" to anybody. It's all this typing.
This is also more of a self-serve system. You have been given options for paying and asked a few more questions to clarify your needs.
Adding - you can also buy vouchers online.

@folly .4 digit pin is something you may have set up when first activating . Otherwise you can change this in your my account in the profile page and make the PIN number what ever you wish and will remember

get to Shell or Walmart and buy payment vouchers enuff to cover renewal costs...then dial 611 to add them to your account.

Are you unable to log in to your account?
You can also buy vouchers in lots of stores and online and dial 611 to enter them without needing the account pin.
And you can use the real time payments method in some stores.
