can anyone help me out i m old customer with this service over 1 year now. i called customer service to get faster internet speed but now techsupport tried to reset network setting and it not working at all now. can anyone tell me how to contact customer service

Hi There is no point to call *611 since there is no one answering. Just send the email as suggested above, and you will have a response within 24 to 48 hours. My friend has a number porting issue, and it is finally resolved within 3 days.

@cool1111 Can you please let us know if your Data started working and if you were able to change APN settings on your phone?
If service is still not working please click on Contact Us and Email Away

Why not first check your data settings as suggested here: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/How-do-I-set-up-data-APN-on-my-smartph...
Then reboot your phone.
If data is still not working, call PM again at *611.
