@Lildonna Have you tried to manually search for network on your phone?
or if you can try SIM card in different phone? Let us know please if any
of these options work.
@soffy2moon If your SIM is asking for PUK code that means you have
entered SIM pin wrong couple of times. please click on Contact Us and
email support team. If you enter PUK code wrong it will block your SIM
card and you have to order a new SIM card.
@ACTASWATER SIM card which is activated once can not be activated again,
you can create a new account with a new SIM card and have to chose or
port a new number. I would suggest let support team look into the issue
they should email you anytime soon ...
@ACTASWATER I have just asked support to look into this again. Can you
please let us know what do you mean when you say not able to create new
account? you mean new Self Serve account or activate a new number with
Public Mobile?
@meldriver I asked support team to look into your account and it shows
account is active. If i can get the error msg you are getting it will
