Hi! Please reset my account cant pay for the service. Its really urgent. Please help me.

@kimadaeyeon6439 - we are customers and members like you here on the community forum, we have no access to your account.

Are you able to log into your self serve? If so, is your status Active or Suspended?

 

If Active, try restarting your phone to get services going.

If Suspended, have you tried a manual payment to the owing amount, then tried the resume/reactivate option?

 

Or are you having difficulty logging into self serve? Try the forgot your password option to reset it.

If still issues ask CSA to help.

@kimadaeyeon6439 hi did you have an auto pay fail? go into your account to see if it's active or suspended if it is suspended look for a reactivate button autopay does fail sometimes unfortunately  if there are no avaliable fund you may need to make a manual payment

@kimadaeyeon6439   did you try to use Forgot Password link there and try to see if you can self reset the password?

 

if that does not work, you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to assist the password reset process
