hi i realised that last month i did not get my rerward can someone please sendlink moderator

this may be due to when i temporarily suspend line due to possible stolen but it was reactivated within 2 days but now as you may see below last month this accounts reward were not deducted but charged compared to previous months ====see march 12 payment i just noticed this now

Proper way to communicate with MODs is to create a TICKET. That could be done over the SIMon chat only.

That way you get a reference number and MODs will follow up until it is resolved.

 

Contacting MODs 'privately' might cause your note to be lost or forgotten. Talking from experience...

I just had the same issue and sent a private message detailing the issue and including the following info:

 

  1. Full name and address on account.
  2. Email, phone# and pin#.

Start to finish the issue was resolved in 9 minutes. Please ask for a review link to provide feedback about the moderator.

yes suspending the service will have removed the Reward.  you might want to open a ticket with Mod and explain the situation and usually they can add it back for you.
