MY DATA IS NOT WORKING???

hello MODERATOR  TEAM, 

 

MY PHONE # IS 416xxx-xxxx. Just yesterday i realised that  i was not able to access my  mobiledata. though on my phone it shows data used was 3.2 gb  . please advice how can i renew my data .  help me to resolve it .

 

Also, i am on $120/90 days plan and have payed till october 15 . i would like to change my data  plan,to monthly basis right now so if i can get the refund  or  be adjusted. 

please advice .. a prompt reply will be appreciated.

@amitborate2017 If you've used your data there will be no adjustment.

If you have a promo (likely if you pay just $120/90 days), or other grandfathered, plan think thrice before changing to a regular monthly plan as you cannot go back. On the other hand, if you think you will be using a lots more data now, have a look at the current 90 day bonus data offers.

If you have an iPhone be sure wifi assist is turned off, otherwise, you can be using cellular data even when connected to wifi!

Are you sure you have not used all your data? Login and check that the data add-on is visible if not the it has all been used.

You phone might also have data limits disabling data.

To change your plan login and select a new plan and do a future date of the plan be advised most of the new plans will likely cost more than your current plan especially on the 30 day plans.

How much data do you use typically per month?

If you are certain mobile data is not disabled on your phone and your APN is set correctly, send a private message to the moderators that has your email address and phone number as well as a description of the problem and they will look into it and fix it.
