Hi @EdwinOrtiz2024,
To avoid losing your money on the previous plan you purchased, you can change your plan to the one you prefer, but choose the option for “Change on Renewal”. This will ensure that you don’t miss out on the good deal and do not lose the remaining days left on your current billing cycle on your current plan.
The steps to take are as follows after logging into your account:
Step 1: click on Subscriptions and Add-ons
Step 2: click on Change Subscription
Step 3: Select the plan of your choice and click on Change on Renewal
Note: When you log into your account, you will only be able to view plans available to existing users. Any deals that are targeted towards new activation will not appear on your account as you aren't eligible for them. That said, there might be some good plans that interest you! Hope that helps!

@Handy1 It should be in your plan offers when you log in, at least it is for Ontario. I thought the same but was informed by computergeek that it is only when you log into your account that you see it so I did and there it was.

@Phil_Adelphus I think the 60GB for $40 has been replaced by the 75GB for $40’ and just for new activations now unfortunately

@EdwinOrtiz2024 You could still get the $40 for 60GB at 5G speed, you need to log in to your account and look at change subscription as @Handy1 explained. The plan has $2 of points each 30 days making it $38 for 60GB unlimited (throttled after 60GB). If you choose a new plan make sure to change on renewal and not immediately as already explained.

@EdwinOrtiz2024 Unfortunately you would now be considered an existing customer . I wanted the 50GB for $34 myself . So I just created a new account with new email to get that plan instead was my work around
But since you just joined @EdwinOrtiz2024 maybe contact support and se if they can help you

@EdwinOrtiz2024 so long as the plan you want is not a new activation only plan . Just be sure to change plan for next renewal and not right away or you lose money on your current cycle
Change plan in 3 easy clicks
Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle
