I was on my shift yesterday morning then when i got on the road back home my data just exploded like it went from 25% used to 100% i was just scrolling down to refresh the page and every time it went up. I wasn’t loading nothing just listening to music like always and i calculated all the data i used and im like at 4 go and i have about 30 go. Helppp meeee

I never had trouble with PM data usage 

But if you have one, ask PM to check.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
