When I look at my data usage, the vast majority is in the early hours of the morning when I am asleep. At these times, my phone is off, and connected to my wifi. How can I be using data?
At Public, data usage is reported in bulk twice a day. So the time you are seeing includes all usage during the hours preceding up to the previous report.
