Hello,
I am trying to update my payment information and when I click save and proceed to payment I get this message:
Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later.
I tried multiple times and I always get this message.

If its a new card try a different card as well just to test out. If all else fails send a message to the service agent at, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437.

Same issue for me. Tried app, incognito, nothing works.

Is this a new card? Have you used it at a "bricks and mortar" store or activated it in your online account?

Can you try with an incognito browser tab to see if that has any effect;
