Ordered on April24 and estimated delivery date on May3. Still haven't received it yet. Is it normal or any number I can reach to? Please advise. Thanks!

Mine took 3 days to arrive. However I know for some people it does take longer.

sim card delivery could take 3 days or as many as 3 weeks.
ask support agent to track it, or ask them to let you get one from local Telus/Koodo stores instead of them resending you another one

It can take up to 3-4 weeks via Canada Post. If you need one faster, they are $4.99 on Amazon. Or you can contact your local Telus stores to see if they have any.
It sure would be nice if Public Mobile would just allow cards to be purchased off of Amazon so it's faster service. If not, it sure would be nice if they offered the Canada Post fee of $1 to be tracked. Just saying....
