so I thought I put in 2 tickets for support but I can't see anything anywhere.  Am I doing something wrong.  I would think at the very min I would get an  email for acknowledgement.

I have submitted 2 tickets to support over the past few days and only one has received a response so far.

i got nothing for 2 days.  now it looks like I missed the 50% off deal
