so I thought I put in 2 tickets for support but I can't see anything anywhere. Am I doing something wrong. I would think at the very min I would get an email for acknowledgement.
I have been punted out, locked out and going in circles just to get help. I think bots should be abolished and public mobile security is so bad that even the user can't log in. ugh
