I ordered a sim card that never showed up and was charged for it. Who do I speak to to get my refund since there is zero customer service @CS_Agent

Sorry but being charged $60 for something i never recieved seems insane

Also @hTideGnow Is says service plus sim card. So I can get a refund on the serivce at least?

Wait so if I decided to change my mind to not use the service? And never used it..... I can't get my money back for never using a service or even receiving the product?? I understand you aren't with the company, but that seems scammy, does it not?

Months ago, but have not had time to go through all the loops to try and talk to a human

SIM card orders are non-refundable

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
