get old number back

I need to get my old number back. Please and thank you. this must be possible?

Not very likely.

If your account has been closed then number was returned to pool of available numbers and it is possible somebody did take it already.

If number is from Telus family, call it and see if somebody answers. If yes, you are out of luck. If not, contact PM agent and ask them if they could assign it to you again.

Did you stopped payment for longer than 90 days?

If you did, your old number will be returned to the carrier you originally got the number from and it is lost.

Slim chance to get it back if it was a Telus or Koodo number then contact a CS_Agent to see if they can receive it for you.

What happens when you call it? What are the first 6 digits (not last 4)?
