Can't see account balance

Hi Team,

When I opened my account, I think I reloaded around 400 dollars but I am unable to see this in my accounts.

I still get charged each month. Kindly let me know where I can see this.

How long ago was your account opened? Is it possible that the balance has already been used up.  As for pre-loaeding funds in the account, I recommend against loading amounts of $400 into your account as there are no refunds if you decide to ever discontinue the service.


Late last year probably after Sept. With the $40 plan which means I should not have gone through the amount.
And thanks for the tip regarding loading the amounts.



I am confused if my previous public mobile account created any conflict. I had an old account, I ported out for a few months and then came back to public mobile.

Weirdly that page is not visible on my computer. On my phone I somehow reached my funds page which shows 0 for some reason.

I'd also recommend removing your credit card/debit card from your Public Mobile account to avoid any pre-authorized charges.
