Hi Team,
When I opened my account, I think I reloaded around 400 dollars but I am unable to see this in my accounts.
I still get charged each month. Kindly let me know where I can see this.

Late last year probably after Sept. With the $40 plan which means I should not have gone through the amount.

I am confused if my previous public mobile account created any conflict. I had an old account, I ported out for a few months and then came back to public mobile.

Weirdly that page is not visible on my computer. On my phone I somehow reached my funds page which shows 0 for some reason.

Hi Rahul,
I'd also recommend removing your credit card/debit card from your Public Mobile account to avoid any pre-authorized charges.

It should be on a very first page: My Account.
If you still do not see it then: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
