My second month was supposed to be free! Why am I being asked to pay?

Are you referring to a text message sent by PM reminding you to pay? That is a standard text that every customer receives automatically every month.

@SelT as said before it depends when you have activate your plan...there is some promotion but not good for all time...When was it???

@SelT If you had meet the promo conditon then you should be able to get second month free. May be there is a system glitch.

When did you activate your account?  In store when the 2nd month free promotion was happening?  Do you have a positive balance in your account? 

 

Public mobile will automatically send you a notice of paying, but if you have enough credit/balance, you don't need to worry.  The funds will be withdrawned from your balance first.
