can this be reset...I want to pay via debit card, my debit card # has changed... cannot get to my account to change the info

When you first activated your account, you would have received a welcome email message.  Maybe check your various email accounts.  

 

OR you could try the following

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

try your various email accounts and see whether you receive the reset question.  

(Check your junk folder)

 

If not working, you will need to contact moderator.

 

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: forgot log in information. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
