Hey there, assuming you tried to reset your password by selecting "forgot my password" and got a reset link sent to your email. If you havent done this, i would suggest trying this first. If you already reset your password and it still does not let you log in, you will need to reach out to a PM customer service rep, which you can do here:

PM can help with this, but you need to send them a ticket.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
