yes, Public mobile was launched in 2010 and get acquired by Telus in 2013. 🙂
@Jelleybean23 try the Forgot password with all the email you might have used and see which one is the "winner". Make sure you check the spam folder. Please note they they will ask for security question before letting you to reset the password. If you cannot answer it correctly, you will still require the help of Mod

@Jelleybean23 15 years? I don't believe Public mobile has been around that long.
Try all your email addresses in the lost password function if you enter an email that is in the system it will take you to the next step otherwise it throws an error.

@Jelleybean23 if you know all the email addresses you have been using in all those years, then forgot password will work.
Else, contact mods for further help OR click on the bubble on the bottom right.

You will contact the moderator.
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Forgot log in information. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
Or you could try to reset your password.
Enter your different email address to see whether that email was used.
