Im a new subscriber to and still waiting for the physical sim but i need service and dont know how to request the esim instead because i havent finished setting up my account. is there anyone who can help?

to get esim at this stage, you need to be able to login to PM app.  But I don't think you can as the subscription is pending a a physical sim number

you can quickly buy another PM sim from a local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klink for $10 or buy from Amazon for $5 with 2 days Prime shipping
