esim not activating, told go get actual sim..still not activating iphone se

new subscriber , tried esim, did not work, support said esim on iphone se not supported, bought actual sim card, swapped sim online, deleted esim(which was installed just fine)..still no service...did netword reset on phone again, still no service...any ideas?

ya i have come to the conclusion that its the iphone se itself..imei block or something with public mobile.....if i put sim in another phone its works fine...put back in iphone se.. if i go ..about..network..it says phone not allowed.. if i put another carrier in it, it works fine...

After changing the eSIM number to SIM. Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

so, you went to My Account , Profile and updated the sim card number?

you might just need to do one more thing, just submit ticket with CS agent and they can check for you       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
