you are right, my Rogers SIM is still there.  I removed it and reboot and everything works. thanks

Make sure your old sim is removed, and Turn on this line for the PM sim

Take a look in your settings to see if it actually installed. If it did, turn on the line and make it your primary.

If you can't get it to work, then contact a CS Agent to send another
