@drash3000 - did you get to the point of entering your payment information?
If so, insert the public mobile SIM card and see if you have any services. Can you log into your My Account..if you can do this, and your card got charged, than you created an account.

If not charges were made and you did not enter any payment details. Try opening a tab in incognito mode and try the activation again.
@drash3000 Error 837 is likely a problem with Porting request
What is your current provider that you would like to port in your phone number?
did you enter IMEI number for the porting information instead of account number?
If you are certain that the credit card was not charged, please try again activating BUT please enter account number of your old provider instead of IMEI number. It should work that way

submitted payment information several times but activation never got completed
Oh, in this case, I would definitely submit a ticket with a CSA. Sometimes in these cases they can cause multiple charges ongoing. So best to get in contact with them now to hopefully nip that in the bud.
