I signed up today for public mobile. Paid and asked for an eSIM, downloaded the app and it sent a code to my phone number and entered and then it sent a code to another phone number which I presume is one that I had with public about 2 years ago (for a brief period of time when I needed 2 numbers, long story lol). I was told the only way to fix it was to submit a ticket, which I have. Wondering how long it takes to resolve these things? It costs $x per month, I’m hoping that month countdown starts when the sim is activated?

Yes they work weekdays and weekends 365 days a year as long as you put your request within working hours. Agents will respond back by Messages so click on your avatar then Messages. Depending on how busy they are. They normally get back to you within 4 hours so put in another ticket and ask if they looked at your first ticket.

There are Public Mobile customer support agents working every day, including weekends and holidays.

Please note that staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST so depending on the time you submitted the ticket. Keep your eye on Message notification when you click on your avatar on the top right for a reply back from an agent.

usually they resolve the issue within couple hours, but if you submit the ticket late in the evening, it might be tomorrow morning
but your service working and just login the issue? can you make outgoing calls now? data work?
