Hello, I just got stuck in a repeating loop with the app. (I think it may be because I input an incorrect password.)
Samsung internet also did not function properly, asking repeatedly for my text message pin.
I switched to Chrome and had no issues.
New activation was simple and, so far so good 🙂

hi @GEOFF007 using browser to start the activation cam only got half the activation done, you still need to use the app to complete the activation
if you have trouble logging in with the app, ask support agent to help .
