I may be having issue right now when transferring my number from Virgin Plus to Public Mobile. I received a text message shortly after initiating the transfer from Telus, saying that there was an issue with the request and asking me to resubmit. My Virgin mobile is still active.

@44Z790 I will send you another message with the phone number to call the porting team to resubmit. Make sure you put back your old sim to reply to the text and use the account number.
