During the ticketing process. options are given to open a ticket without needing to provide Self Serve account credentials.

Too many attempts to reset password will lead to temporary account lock.
You have to be sure you use correct email. Preferable is to use the same email for PM account and Community to get rewards. If you are getting emails from Community email should be OK.
As for account, if you cannot log in or reset password, contact agent for assistance.

HI @bootpond Your email isn't working as you no longer able to access your email account and hence cannot reset the password?
or you can access your email account but just cannot find the reset password email ? Check Spam or do a search on the inbox
If that didn't help, open ticket with PM CS agent and they can assist in resetting your password or they can also help to change the email address used to login to My Account if you no longer able to access that email account:

If you tried too many incorrect password, your self service account may be locked out for one hour and you unable to reset password also for one hour. You can try to reset your password after one hour. The website is also finicky at times. You could try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent as described above. It may take a few hours for CSA to respond.
