  • Hello there, I help a friend to activate a sim card online, without understanding it thoroughly, I inserted her sim card in my phone and tried to activate her sim card , but I did select the eSim, because there's nowhere to find the sim card activation. The reason I used my phone is that, there's no public mobile app on her Huawei phone. I already pick a plan for her and also made an autopay being set up, I am on the last part of activating but I didn't continue it, because the esim will be activated in my phone. So I tried canceling it. So I log in to a different phone in-order for her to used the new phone that she got for her eSim, but when we log in to her account, we can't go through to it because the code was sent to her number that she chose. we can't access or get the code because I didn't activate her eSim yet. Please help what to do, thanks

@jenalynapostol1  Check her welcome email for the QR code on computer or your device she can scan it with her phone and install it to hers . Or if you tap resend code a few times it should give you option to send code to email instead . Once logged in you can SIM card swap the number to the physical sim also
