eSim didn't install, what now?

Hi! After multiple attempts, eSim didn't install. I reset my network settings and rebooted the phone twice, still, could install. Can't open a ticket because I need a sim card number 😞 Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@RemiToussaint   are you activating eSim on iPhone or Android?

If eSim didn't install properly, likely support can resend you the QR code, please message support  using direct message (yes, Chatbot ticket is not working, but direct message will work):

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
