I got an eSIM plan, but my phone doesn’t support eSIM. I want to switch from eSIM to physical sim, the virtual assistant is useless as I still have not activated my account (can’t as I don’t have eSIM supported device). I think someone needs to connect my physical Sim to my account, but how to do this. Any support or help is really appreciated.

If you need physical SIM, you will have to purchase one and then do SIM swap through your PM account.
At the same time you can ask agent if they could credit your account or you will be paying twice for SIM.

just buy a sim from Telus/Koodo store, login My Account (use email to receive 2FA) and update sim number in Profile page.
