Hello I am trying to set up a payment, but it keeps being declined, there are no holds on my card and I have ample credit available.

HI @Johanna3 

the payment system is buggy and this issue comes up a lot.  You can wait an hour first and try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to update card again

You can also try using the PM app

if neither work, please submit ticket with agent and hope they can add it for you

I am trying to add a card as payment to a new account, I saw that the earlier issue was marked resolved but I still getthe same failure message when I try to prepay

@Johanna3 , are you having issues with adding your payment card to the account or is the card already in the account but you cannot get the system to take a payment?  If you are having issues online, perhaps try 611.  There was a report of issues accessing the online account earlier today and the problems were reported as resolved recently.
