Hello Team,
My current phone died, and I had eSIM on it now my temporary old phone does not support eSIMs. I bought SIM card from Tellus and have changed the card number on my account, but the SIM is not active. Do i have to wait or there is something else I need to do that is missing here?
Thanks a bunch for quick response.

@Vito24 You need a new Public mobile SIM card and log into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
This can also be done on the app also , if you have any issues logging in you can ask support to sim swap the number for you
