Thank you. That has worked

HI @Jasonlutz

to resolve the issue, you have to use PM app to re-buy a new esim (but it is free)

use the PM app, login , go to Account page, and Buy sim card and choose esim

the system likely will charge you $5.  Pay first and ask PM to reimburse after

to ask for reimbursement, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

To reset network settings on an iPhone, you can do the following:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Select General
  3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone
  4. Select Reset
  5. Select Reset Network Settings
  6. If prompted, enter your passcode
  7. Select Reset Network Settings again to confirm

We did this and now it says ready for your new iPhone.  Your data is ready to be moved.  I’m concerned if I do the next step it will wipe my whole phone and not work at all.

@Jasonlutz  Go to settings > general and at bottom of page you see transfer or reset phone tap it

And tap reset
