Hello, just tried to subscribe and I checked for eSim compatibility and it was supposed to be compatible. After purchasing the eSIM, tried to activate everything and I received an error message , eSIM is not compatible with my phone, have to contact an agent to get a refund. Thanks

I believe a refund to be unlikely unless you have a phone that doesn't have a SIM card slot. I believe that Public Mobile is more likely to provide a SIM card and have it sent to you.

It could be a false negative. But check with support agent. Message them
