hi there! trying to set up my dads new public mobile account - all steps seem to have gone smoothly - except that the esim has failed? followed some steps on here that I saw to scan the esim QR code from the welcome email - has not worked - phone keeps sitting on "activating" screen and then fails. any solutions?

@MaddyMacDonald First try rebooting the phone or rest network settings see if that helps . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you get it fixed

Make sure no other SIM’s are active on the phone when you are trying to activate it. Also try resetting your network settings (this will erase your wifi networks saved but is easily re-added) and then rebooting the phone.
