Hi, there,

I cannot log in to my account, always get the error message "unauthorized access".

My phone number is (647) xxx-xxxx, and the email address for my account is xxx@xxxxxxxxx; pin xxxx. it's a $25 plan, opened on Dec 3, 2021. latest renewal day could be Aug 26 or Aug 27. looks like I have not updated the payment info with my new credit card, so missed this month's payment.

Please help me, as I'm stuck here (started 3 days before the renewal date). Let me know if more information is needed from me.

@Amanda9575  You an buy payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume services and worry about log in and updating credit card afterwards 

Update credit card info

 

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

Um...remove all that WAY too much personal information.

Why the new credit card? Did you have a fraud problem? Did the bank refund charges? Maybe this place was one of them. If so then you'll need to buy vouchers or real time payments to renew.
