eSIM dosen’t work & tickets dosen’t work…

hello, i activated my plan today everything worked fine, i got charged, my number was transferred BUT NOW I’m stuck with no calls and LTE until all of this get fixed.

I have an iPhone 14 pro max so the ESIM should work but it dosen’t. I tried many times. I’m fine with buying a physical sim if I get a refund but I can’t submit a ticket, it says error 404 every time, and I already tried to delete my cache and all of what they told me to do- it dosen’t work. Is there any other way to contact their support services?? is their a way to fix the e-sim issue??

It sounds like you activated the eSIM online but you need to complete the eSIM activation on the PM app.

If you’ve already done these instructions below I apologize. This is what I did on my iPhone 14 Pro for eSIM.

Reboot your phone.

In cellular settings make sure that ‘Turn On This Line’ is selected & reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)

If it still doesn’t work you can send a private message to a CS_Agent using the link: ->   Message CS_Agent

Customer Support Agents are available from: Monday to Sunday: 9 AM to 10 PM EST

A CS_Agent will respond back in your Community mailbox (envelope icon) at the top right of this page to the left of your community avatar on your computer or by clicking on your avatar on your device.
