I upgraded my plan,  3 times throughout December,   because the deals just kept getting better.  With any other company I've been with,   there are partial refunds.

Here,   I have paid over $140,   and I see no sign of any refund. This is not canceling a plan,   this is upgrading?

This is the warning that comes up for immediate plan changes.  I do think it would be clearer if it said any unused portion of the previous or current subscription so that people don't gloss over it thinking it is a warning for the one they are changing to.

prepaid services are different than postpaid services when it comes to changing plans.

Please read the warnings which are CLEARLY PRINTED upon doing an immediate plan change.

They point out that there are no refunds nor prorating plans when doing immediate plan changes.

I hope that Public Mobe's customer service departement is able to help you out. When pefroming these type of plan changes, there's actually a large warning about how no refunds nor credits will be given and the customer needs to actually agree to that before proceeding.

You will see no credit. You should have chosen change plan on next renewal date. Doing an immediate plan change like you did means there is no credit for time not used.
