So everything was going fine kind of I signed up and paid $5 for a eSIM and a plan I got my phone activated then the app kept trying to activate it again and it always said there was a error so I deleted the eSIM on my phone and tried to reactivate it and now I have no service at all the first time I activated my phone it worked but the app kept trying to activate the eSIM again so now how do I get my eSIM activated again I’m so angry.

So I have a update the PM agent I messaged get back to me this morning and had me verify my account then they replied with a QR code which did not work so i sent screen shots of it not working I also put in the message my IMEI2 and EID and so I then get a reply saying they reset everything and sent a new QR code and it worked like a charm! Thanks PM fam!

It's a big learning curve for everyone as far as how the pm e-sim works. Every customers experience with it posted here will be helpful to the community.....good or bad. You may luck out and get a reply tonight but realistically don't expect customer support to send you a message to your private message box until morning.
Monitor your private message box by clicking on your avatar to see if a little number appears in the drop down box under "messages".

@TheOgFrank so, you got to the part with QR code and you installed it but just unable to activate.
