Dear @CS_Agent 

I just signed up for a public mobile account. 226-3xx-xxxx. My eSIM disappeared shortly afterwards. I still had my original eSIM on my phone, when I switched back to it for a multi factor authentication, my new public mobile one disappeared. I will no longer use use my original eSIM, and now need a new eSIM from public mobile. Can you please resend me a new QR code for an eSIM? I do not want to pay another $5 for an eSIM, since I just paid for one a few minutes ago. Thank you!

You will not need to pay,  It looks like that the escalation may be delayed.

Thank you. I require help from. The @CS_Agent to provide a new QR code. If I try to get a new one on my own, it would charge me $5. Since I just bought one, I hope the agent will agree that paying again isn't necessary.

hi @Adarbyson 

try reboot the phone and check Settings -> Cellular screen (or Sim Manager) again, check if Public Mobile sim was just disabled.

If you are able to login in your PM app/self service account, you can purchase another eSIM.  It should be free since you already purchased one before. 

Otherwise, you will need customer service agent help. I will try to escalate to CSA_PM and they should private message you within 1 hour.
