I’m trying to transfer my number from Virgin to Public. I have already received and confirmed that I want to transfer my number but when I tried to activate the eSIM, activation failed and told me to contact support.
I’ve scanned the QR code and activation failed again. I turned off my phone, removed the old physical SIM, reinstered it and tried again. No luck.
I tried to submit a ticket but got an error message. Help, please.

I got in touch with a customer service agent who directed me to get a physical SIM card. Activation was simple after that. I had the choice of still using the eSIM, but since I had the physical SIM, I opted for that instead.

@MayB , If your Virgin SIM Card no longer works remove it from your phone.
Sometimes it appears like the eSIM activation fails but only needs the steps below to get it working. Other times it doesn’t fix it!
(I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on & connected to my home internet to be sure I had all connections while doing this)
Reboot your phone.
In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
