Yes you can. I have my work SIM card in one slot and my personal SIM card (PM) in the other. When I'm away for work I usually suspend my PM plan if I can't get service in the more remote locations or if I'm outside of Canada. You can suspend for up to 90 days.
I see PM has a $55/20GB student plan for a limited time. You could use that as a data account and suspend when you don't need it or reactivate it when you do.

yes you can use in 2 PM account in one device,
for each account you need different email,
and something else used same info. e.g. credit card, password,4 digit PIN,

Yes and you can have 2 different phone numbers on the one phone.
The drawback is that you will be paying for 2 plans on one phone so not worth putting 2 SIMs.
It is great if you are going to another country and purchasing a local SIM then just switch without removing and losing the SIM on the single SIM tray.
