I paid my bill by of 45.20 by calling *611. They took my money from my bank account. But Public Mobile is saying I only have 5.00 on my account. Where did my money go? Why is it not added to my account?

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment history to check it out.
maybe you press some other number choiced it's be wrong, check the *611 all option how is works at photo

Did you previously have $5? Plus 40. Minus 40 to renew. Balance $5. Or maybe you had $5 in rewards? Or $5 from referring or being referred? Maybe provide an image of your payment history from here.

Was your plan/account currently in suspended status? If so, maybe those funds you added were used to renew your account.
Can you check your payment history @Virgo to see what transpired? Note, though, the taxes does not show up on your My Account details, but it will be billed ultimately to your card.
