Hey there Pubic peeps
Here we go again, Obismal seervice once again from Public. Cant make any phone call without it dropping. Off to Rogers kiosk at Costco to see what I can do, Cant take it any longer|!
No point in putting in a ticket- the whole system is ineffectual

@nuddy I stay because of friend refferals , the other competitors have many of the same plans and even cheaper , infact Telus still has the $15!plan for everyone

I hear you, the dropped calls are super frustrating. I've had the same issue lately, and it's definitely been happening more often than before. Like others have said, switching to 3G can sometimes help stabilize things, but I know it's not ideal.
I get why you're ready to check out other options—sometimes it's hard to stick with something just because it's cheap if it’s not reliable. Hope you find something that works for you at Costco. Let us know if you do!

It never use to be like this but they can't seem to fix it try using 3g

yes it’s the Public mobile way ! They can’t get it together even if they tried .
this is all repeat behaviour on their part . We stay cuz it’s cheap and you get what you pay for with PM

I also experienced some dropped calls recently. its very annoying when trying to contact a company and you have to wait on hold for 30mins to an hour just for the call to get dropped and start all over again. I am also located in the city next to many towers.
Hopefully PM can fix this issue once and for all.

@nuddy Yes dropped calls are all to common with public mobile nothing new and here we go again as you say . Only thing I can suggest is to try phone set to 3G for a little bit and see if that helps . Best of luck
