From July? Are you seeing the charges in your payment history? Or only on your credit card? If payment history, maybe you could provide an image of the transactions of that time.

if you opened ticket , and checked Community inbox and no reply, open ticket with them again.

It was purchased in July, 2022. I have 2 charges for roaming on the same day, same amount. I have not heard from public mobile other than the community.

You can have it resolved by a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days.

When did you purchase US add-on (roaming)?
Did you accidentally pay twice?
What your account transactions show?
Do you see charge on your credit card? Maybe one is 'pending'?

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Hmm. Are you the first person here to report a problem with roaming? 🙂 Did you click twice on the purchase button? Do you see the two charges in the payment history? Or do you see two "transactions" on your credit card? One might stay as pending and then drop off.
