@Marchandd - are you a current public mobile customer with an activated public mobile SIM card?
This is the only way you can have an email set up with My Account/My Rewards and have a 4 digit PIN code assigned to your account for verification purposes.
Otherwise if you are a current customer (active services within 90 days or have not ported out to another provider) then you can go to CSA by methods provided for assistance.

Use the forgot password option on the self serve sign in screen
The email address that results in a forgot password link being sent is the email address. Log into that email address and change the password.
