Yesterday suddenly i cannot use my phone, account posted expired and ask me to change credit card, my credit card not expire and using well for my husband account, than i retyped my credit card # again and they charged me double end up, and the whole morning i cannot use my phone, why it happened ?

You should demand a credit for this nonsense they have put you through. Those thieves.

PM had major issue yesterday and many customers have been affected.
If you can log in to your account and can see funds on your account, they will be used on next renewal.
You can try contacting agent directly but expect delays in replying as they are overwhelmed with similar requests.

HI @Superapoon There was the big problem yesterday with Autopay and renewal. Open a ticket with PM Support to get the service back first. I think you can also ask them to refund the double charge, it wasn't your fault yesterday
